The world EVOLVES around me...

REVOLution of egocentric Pollution,

In the solution, we have RADICAL INCLUSION,

An eclectic transfusion
Of souls spirits, sound.

Progression in session
A family concession
Blood is outdated in
The way we're related
Nationalities faded
As the jades get antiquated
The dejaders have acclimated
To weathers attempts to weigh in
Onto the way we weigh the words we say to ourselves and others
From daylights departing hours
And the dawns our days begin

The news is not news
And your shoes are just shoes
We walk on the rues
But we live out beyond our limbs

The people have spoken
By relinquishing speaking
Actions to activate
The piece of the Thin.
The Thin epidermis

Comparing ourselves to others gets me to write.
If war were the paradigm,
You would think that surrender of self and betrayal of self were the same thing.

If you were new to internal work.

You would think.

It is not about swapping comparisons.
It is about revealing truths to ourselves.

Internal work provides us with wisdom.
It is called work because of what we work to let go of.

Listen.
To the knocks on your walls from yourself;
Kind,
Unkind.

You would know
Comparison is not the thief of joy.
Comparison is the betrayal of self.
Surrender the betrayal of self,
And you find the definition of
The Surrender of self.

You wouldn't think at all.

You would surrender.

Think becomes know...

I miss the boy i love
I fall for him as i fall asleep with him
Every chance we've had
Four nights
So much hope
Insight
Talking without mouths
Distance is no matter,
Except matters of time in days
Weeks
I do not want to miss the boy i love in months
I miss those soul-filled calming eyes
A finger hooked gently in my belly button
My arms enclosed around my love
Little one
Me
My sweet love,
You

Come back

I hear you call
Call out my name
I hear you say
Nothing has changed
But I don't remember
It has been so long
From where we left off
To carry on

My neurons froze, do they yearn
To recollect and return
With information processes learned
My neurons barely burn
My neurons
Barely
Burn
Do they yearn to fire?
I have too much to say
But with all my might,
I can't fight the way
My mind stalls like a frozen engine
In snows winter day
My brilliant hippocampus clouded
I reserve my right to feel dumbfounded
How can stress and trauma
Cause so much drama
When we let our loved ones down
With a memory unremembered,
Unrecorded
Undocumented documentary
My memory's not temporary
Yet it acts as a momentary ceme...

You are an eruption of wind
In an air stagnant
My mind gallops the meadows
That come to life with your oxygen
Neurotic hard canter
My firing center
Splendid axons
Electrified currents
Impulse triggered
Horses flow by
How many hands high
Of your hands up my thigh?

Nothings a sure thing
I'm a sure thing
Even
i
am not
a sure
thing

We bet on a bet
We think on our thoughts
Sink a fang into an unsure paw

We messed up, get upset
We shouldn't have, should have
We believe in disbelief like a fake love is true love

We nestle our heads
Bare bodied, these beds
Nature's antidote to venom that spreads

Doting lover
Protect one another
Fearing he want you when you look like his mother

Heart beats on this chest
His hands as I rest
Riddling why I carry forth this repetitive scrutiny test

In the same space as the pillowcase
We nightmare there
With sweat in our hair
Who is a stranger
Me?
Who he?
Does he care?

Nothings a sure thing
I'm a sure thing
Even
I
Am n...

She was incredibly successful in so many ways. She was the above and beyond disciplined student through grade school, utterly prepared, and made everyone else's work look lazy. Her mental illness, the OCD of perfectionism, got her very very far, and her fear of any imperfection ever relating back to her kept her organized and her teeth squeaky white. Her details are charming. Her application letter to college, grad school, abroads, internships, and job landings were all well received and she was highly acclaimed. Her parents knew of her perfectionism but never coorelated it or imagined it could lead to the serious subject that it could need medication and neuropsychology therapy. But the in...

emotions creep up on us
like shadows cast in the blinding sun
what is coming?
where has it burgeoned from?
a note will be strung on a guitar
struck on a piano
a vocal chord
an image reassembles
at a red traffic light
as we stare into the space between gray tree branches
and concrete
a face we love and a voice we hear
not our own but his, or hers
speaking to our soul in a language
of longing
stinging
despair
why do we travel anywhere while we are sitting
here?
why does a tear stream in the middle of a four lane road
in the middle of the afternoon
in the middle of the week
why does something catch us off guard
from behind us
and rear end our peaceful seat?

behind us but ever with us
our silho...

hello again, hello again
you know i'd like to know again
where it is you go again
when the lightning strikes.

hello again, hello again
i'm your radio calling in
hold the button down and then
whisper into the mic.

hello again, hello again
i'm not gonna let you go again
this is not that storm again
no rain, just heat and light.

hello again, hello again,
return to me, your home, again,
stay within range, of you and i
I love you with all my might.

you know my depths, my ins and outs, my shallow hold on despair.
you know my pain and the narrow vein that travels to my tear.
you know my lungs capacity and the liters of my air. the thump of blood that courses, as with my thoughts, from my heart, and line the cloths, of my body, alone and bare.
you know my utters and my pause, when i hold a breath or clause, and when i choose to stare.
you know my silence was propelled by violence, and who doth take me there.
you know my ducts and my salts, you know to lick the wounds. you know to part my soft silk locks and to hold me like the moon.
you know my ductless chemicals and endocrine release. you know my nervous system broke long ago and my h...

Tap tap as left and right
reach the ground in the calm of night
I softly gaze and I feel no fright
A bright bulb fades above me fast as a lightning sight
I am calmly amazed at this recurring delight
The darkness stays to greet my spirit polite
I know my angels sway as I pass the nightlights by
"I am here," they say, "you are the lumen we spy."
