Exciting sail racing tomorrow for America's Cup.
New Zealand versus United States.
Dear Andrew Wiggins ,
How have you been? Great hustle tonight. What are the green shoes you had on tonight? I want to get me some of those. I hope all is well off the court. I admire your humbleness on the court, I hope to go see one of your games one day.

Dear Andrew Wiggins ,
How are you these days? I hope that life is treating you well and I hope God is moving in your life in beautiful ways.
As for me, things are great. Any day above ground is a good day. Currently relaxing after a hard days work. Not much is going on really, except catching up on nba news.
What do you think about the trades that are about to take place?
Happy Father's Day to my best friend ! Blessed to have you as a role model in my life ! Love you pop !
The past can't be changed,
The future is never here,
All we have is now. Live in it.

My best athletic moment :
My best athletic moment dates back to the time when I was 11 years old. 'Twas my first 600 metres- running race at school. Although I used to take part in most of the track events, this was the best of all. The blazing heat was enough to add tension. There were so many runners who took part but most of them gave up as the race was tiresome. Moreover, we had a seminar in Biology the following period. Few of my friends passed out. I decided to quit running during the second round but I wanted to win so bad. I decided to keep running. I was running out of breath, yet I didn't stop. My aim was to win. I was speeding up a little too fast. And somehow I won beca...
Dear Drew Bartkiewicz,
The thing I'll miss the most is knowing that the guys in the locker room are all we had. There were no trades or cuts for us. So we knew that we had to win with what we had and that made us fight for one another that much more! Great question!
Ps I love seeing Anthony up in the corner for my stamp! That's awesome!
Way back to past?
Way forward to future?
Make your choice for your life!!
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
With a clot on my heart
And a lump in my throat
It was hard
To find the right words
To try and relieve
That fractured look
That donned their faces
I was proud
Would do no good
As they already
So all I could do
Was feel their pain
For a better tomorrow. JD

There's a feeling I need to feel;
I don't feel it here today.
Once a staple, something real,
It's gone off, love, ran away.
You don't go through all the steps,
You couldn't keep your former pace.
Once you ran, love, now you sputter,
And I suffer in your wake.
You couldn't run the track you set
When you promised me a show.
Now you care just that you finish,
Heeding not the speed you go.
Now I watch you limp in circles.
We built different things, loves you and I,
You built a track, I built a runway.
You wish to run. I need to fly.
It's amazing how a random act of kindness can brighten your life.
It's also amazing how doing some kind for someone else gives you the same feeling!
Do something kind for someone else today!
You never knows who's life you could change for the better.
Dear Sports fans,
Growing up, sports played a fundamental role in my development as an individual and helped me cultivate a strong set of values. Kindergarten through fifth grade, I attended a very small school; my whole class consisted of 20 students. This made it hard to meet new people, baseball was huge in helping me break out of my shell so to speak. Playing baseball taught me how to deal with pressure and how to lead a group of people without elevating yourself above them. Most importantly it taught me not to fear failure rather to embrace it. As Winston Churchill once said, “Success is going from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm.” There is no sport which that quote i...
I just found out today that one of my close friends is going to need surgery soon to remove a tumor. Luckily it is only benign, but it is still a scary situation.
I hope everything goes well and I can't wait to play soccer again with him.
Good luck Mo.
Dear Drew Bartkiewicz,
Thanks for the thoughts. Yep, two young souls wondering where the next speed trap is!
Only 400 miles to home base.
