Ladies, it is important to be aware of the fact that breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in women. The key is early detection and treatment.
For women - 40 years and above, a mammogram – the screening test for breast cancer – can help find breast cancer early when it’s easier to treat.
For younger women - 20 to 39 years old, a clinical breast exam at least every three years is recommended.
Breast self-exams are recommended for all women.
